Volunteer Orientation and Neighborhood Cleanup 10/16

Sunday, October 16th
10 am to 10:45 am: City Repair Volunteer Orientation
10:45 to 12:30 pm: Trash Pick Up!

On this day, we will gather at the PRI,  a site that started the City Repair 20 years ago. For folks interested in working with City Repair, arrive at 10 am to learn about the history, mission, and ways to plug in.

After that, to give service to the land we will walk to the nearby Willamette River and pick up trash along the way. Gloves will be provided.

Trash collected will be diverted from the landfill by being repurposed into art that will be displayed in different settings including our large annual event, the Village Building Convergence.
